I love sharing home updates with you guys and am excited to share the process as we start to decorate our new home. It’s going to be a while before everything is “complete” but it’s still fun to share the journey and today I’m sharing a small peek inside our downstairs study/home office. It’s by no means the final product, but what we have decorated so far!

Hey, friends!! Can we first talk about how tomorrow is the last day of January? Out of all the months, this one seems to drag on the longest but the fact that it’s almost February means my little boy will be here before we know it! Today I wanted to share a comfy and casual outfit that I have been wearing on repeat this winter- my sweater, scarf and boots are all on sale!
I’m extra excited for today’s post because I’m sharing all the details from my baby shower!! Baby Sapel is so loved and it was such a great day spent with family and girlfriends. I still can’t believe our little boy will be here in just a few short weeks and the shower definitely made it feel more real (especially with all the new baby gear that made its way into our house)!!

Happy Monday, y’all! Today I’m sharing my go-to maternity sweater dress as of late. It’s neutral, it’s warm and perfect to dress up or down! In other news, I’m officially 32 weeks pregnant and loving my bump more than ever. It’s been a while since I’ve done a “bumpdate” post so I’ll try to work on that to share in the next few weeks.
Here we are, the first blog post of 2020! I loved sharing our home building journey with y’all last year and this year I will be sharing more about our design process and of course home decor! Choosing all the finishes of our home was one of the best parts of the process and today I’m talking all about door and cabinet hardware.
Well guys, we’ve made it! Today is the end of a decade and I don’t know about y’all, but I’m pretty excited for the roaring ’20s! Every year I like to recap my most popular blog posts from each month so today I bring you the top blog posts of 2019. While I haven’t blogged as much as I’ve wanted to (building a house and preparing for baby has kept me quite busy), I still love coming to this space and sharing a bit of life with you guys. Whether you come this space for travel inspiration, random facts about PAs, outfit ideas or home decor posts, I appreciate each and every one of you who take the time out of your day to read, comment, interact and connect with me through Medicine & Manicures. I have definitely noticed a shift in social media this year (looking at you, Instagram) and while that platform may not be forever, I know my blog is the only thing I own so I will continue to make it a priority.
